How we can help at Level-4 and at Level-3 & news of the Gift Fair

To all our valued customers, here are some things that we can do to support you and your business, as well as news about the new dates of the Spring Gift Fair. Auckland will be in lockdown for a much longer period than the rest of the country so we will do the following to help all our great Auckland customers through this time:

• Extend payment terms to 60 days for your August invoices, now they are due on October 20th
• Everything is freight free for a month after you can get up and going again

This is a testing time for us all, but particularly Auckland and we at Live Wires want you to know that we are with you and will do all that we can to support you. If you have any particular requests please be in contact with us.

For the rest of us at level 3, for those who can operate and take orders through their websites, we will be able to send goods to you but we will be functioning at a 60% capacity. Also remember that couriers will be very busy so parcels will take longer to get to you.

New Dates for the Spring Fair

As you probably all know now the Spring Fair has been postponed until October 31st to November 2nd. We know that this is a late date but here are some enticements that we hope will make a trip to the fair worthwhile. We will be showing some companies and stock that has never been seen before. Companies such as Räder has amazing new products that we have samples of and will show at the fair.
We will also be showing completely new products from Rosie Made a Thing, The New Yorker Cards, Roger la Borde and 2 new card companies.

We will also have a draw for a lucky customer who places an order at the fair to get 50% of that order free, plus some handy and delicious free giveaways.

We would love to see you at the fair because it’s our opportunity to connect with you and you with us in a personal way.

People are the most important part of business, no matter what that business is, so our job is to look after you as much as we can.
