A message from Katy

Most recently, I managed Shut The Front Door in Christchurch for several years, and before that I owned my own clothing store in Invercargill for 10 years. Because of that, I understand retail from the shop floor through to the business side, and I know how important good relationships, clear communication, and reliable support is.

I’m excited to bring that experience with me and to build strong relationships with the stores I’ll be working alongside. Having been in retail myself for so many years, I understand how busy things can get day to day, so I always try to bring a friendly, approachable, and practical attitude to the role.

I’m looking forward to getting out into stores, meeting new people, and becoming a familiar face that businesses feel comfortable working with.
