The Cavallini & Co Story

Since 1989 Cavallini & Co has been producing the highest quality paper stationery products, drawing inspiration from international sources. From 19th century anatomical charts to mid-century travel guides, from maps to botanical plates, the collection spans hundreds of years and preserves a vast variety of both everyday ephemera and rare, iconic images. The Cavallini & Co archives are tended by founder Brad Parberry, a passionate collector since childhood.

Inspired by a year spent immersed in the culture and art of Italy, Brad began importing art calendars like the one he first purchased in Perugia. Cavallini's range has grown over the last 20 years to include a variety of innovative paper products, in addition to their calendars, which remain a perennial favourite.

Generously Cavallini & Co have produced three New Zealand map wraps and one New Zealand collage wrap for Live Wires. They also added a New Zealand wall and desk calendar to their established vintage range, which have proven very popular every year. Live Wires now carry an extensive range of their products including vintage design tea towels, notebooks, cards, wrapping paper, aprons and large posters.

Today, Cavallini & Co products are sort after by museums, high-end design shops, bookstores, and other admirers of their products worldwide. The range is a testament to Brad's lifelong reverence for the past and his delight of enduring design.
