Find Incomplete Online Orders
Cant find the online order you started yesterday?
Started an online order at home and don’t see it in your Cart on the work PC?
Use the online Order Manager to bring up your incomplete order.
1. Hover over your profile icon and select Orders from the popup menu.
2. Look for your incomplete order in the order manager. Select your order.
3. Click the “Resume shopping” button on the top right of the incomplete order.
You can now continue to add and remove items to your order or complete the checkout process to submit your order.
Note* incomplete orders are saved in your online order manager for 2 weeks and then cleared from the system.
